We specialize in employee benefits for small and medium sized companies. We are also dedicated to finding the best value for our individual clients. As an Oregon based company, our market is primarily in Oregon.

I have been in the insurance business for over 27 years specializing in medical, dental, life and disability insurance. I take pride in researching the best options available and covering the pros and cons of different insurance plans. I feel it is important to help my clients through the process of selecting and implementing quality insurance programs.

My education background includes a B.S. in Marketing and a B.S. in Economics from the University of Oregon. Since starting in the insurance business I have continued to take various courses through the years to keep abreast of the latest changes in the insurance industry.

Besides being dedicated to my clients insurance needs I am a family man. I have a wife and three kids. Being a father and husband are very important things to me. My wife and I currently have all three kids attending various colleges. We enjoy the outdoors including skiing, biking, hiking, golf, fishing, etc.

Valarie Davis has provided administrative and managerial support to Northwest Benefits Group, Inc. since its inception in 1993. Valarie currently holds the position of Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the President.
